'Customers will also be able to experience 100 Mbps peer-to-peer capabilities. Peer to peer means LUS Fiber customers can communicate with one another at colossal-high speeds, regardless of the service level they choose. Being in the LUS Fiber network has its advantages.'

Hehehe.

I'm looking forward to it, personally, if I even get it...my grandmother of all people is in phase one, rofl.

I'm around Verot School rd...so I'll be in phase four

15/15 would be sweet but would the caps be? Could you run icecast servers and IRC servers on it? That's a lot of upspeed.

(you could run IRCD's on a dial up connection)

Now that's a laugh. You can communicate with other LUS Fiber customers at 100Mbps, but what is the probability that what you want is going to be provided by other LUS Customers? About zilch. Of course, they won't provide anything near that to the actual internet because paying those peers and upstream providers is where it hurts.

A+ for the marketing department, though.

I take it you have no interest in networking with your friends? I sure do.

It'd be great for businesses, too. I'd love to be able to get a reasonably priced 100Mbps connection across the city. It's too much of a pain to keep WiFi working over a couple of miles, even presuming you have line of sight.

It's wierdo, not weirdo. Yes, I know that's not the 'proper' spelling of the similar english language word.
