Sadly, neither T-Mobile or Cin...AT&T offer this.
But, I wouldn't be too terribly surprised if either of them release a similar plan soon. My bet is that T-Mobile would do it first.
AT&T will initially resist the idea, and tell people it's (in effect) a lousy deal. The facts are that a $99-a-month voice plan isn't for everyone. But if Sprint or T-Mobile undercuts it by $10 or more a month, AT&T will come out with their own $99-a-month unlimited plan which they will tout as 'better' than Sprint's or T-Mobile's lower-priced plans. They'll also try to convice people that 5GB per month data is better than unlimited.
