Well, I'm not going to research a CEO to tell some anonymous poster that they just screwed up royally by not having their credit card or bank handle the problem.

@pacbell.net		 Actually I just had them refund all of the money. I reported them to the better business bureau and the better business bureau actually did something about it.

Besides since it was directly attached to my bank routing number I couldn't stop them through the bank or credit card. So before you start calling someone spineless you should think of other possibilities. So if I'm spineless then you're IQ is less than your shoe size.
