Dialplans to use for Callcentric and betamax w/ Asterisknow?

Under calling rules in Asterisknow what dial plans should I be using to route out calls properly?

I know asterisknow is getting out to the real world if I setup a betamax service provider with this dialplan _1XXXXXXXXXX! I get a message from the betamax operator about dialing 011+number first. I just get a fast busy using this dialplan with callcentric. Any help would be appreciated.

If Betamax operator expects 00+number, then try the following dialplan string:

How do you go about generating dialplans like that? Do you have a software tool that generates them? I haven't mastered dialplans yet.
