Re: InsightBB customer to comcast. Does this sound right? I feel your pain. Its been a week for me and they just cant seem to get things together. The tech support is like talking to Monkeys. They do'nt know anything about networking! Unfortunately I am stuck with these guys. Cant get DSL where I am at. Too Far. Satellite is'nt even an option. Not much better than Dial Up. I talked to AT&T and they are working on getting fiber run. As soon as they offer it. I am out. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I am a Network Engineer if I put people out of Service for this long. I'd be in the Unemployment line. Very poor planning on the Engineering side of things. Very Poor! |
