The best bet would be to retake the picture if possible. This time, don't use the flash, or try diffusing the flash by holding a piece of paper over it.

I was trying to take it and send to a co-worker, but I still can't remove the flash that's glaring out at me! If anyone is able to help, I'd would entirely owe you a huge favor!

Or if anyone knows how I can remove the flash using Paint (I know, I haven't had time to even get CS3!)

The glaring flash at the bottom left is proving much too problematic.
