I've got the same problem. I had a hunch it was cause of Sympatico as it usually happens during peak hours. It's been alright recently though so maybe they got around to fixing it?
seems that way, now if they would stop screwing around with my WOW i would be fine.
Or maybe not...it's been spiking for me again lately. Always around 4pm-10pm'ish. Hey Deadpool, do you know if it's been fixed or not? If it has then maybe the problems my end...though I doubt it.

I had been informed some time ago that it was fixed, yes.

Interesting. I have a feeling they've broken it again as it runs fine all day but right around 4pm-10pm I start pinging really high...couldn't be that much of a coincidence.

Could be congestion, which would have the same symptoms.

I have a hunch it's due to the shaping. But regardless, is there anyway I can fix this? Or anyway I can check to see if it's due to congestion or throttling?

Absolutely. PM me your B1 and/or telephone number and I can check it out.
