| Bell and bandwidth
So i had an arrangement with Bell's head office (Kevin Crull's office) in July about my account. We reached an agreement that I would have the price of the 1 year contract ($35) but I could cancel at anytime without paying the $100 fee. I was told (and told repeatedly by the CSRs that I spoke to prior to speaking with Kevin Crull's office) that I would still have the unlimited bandwidth because I was a longtime existing customer, and thus would have the same features (i.e. unlimited bandwidth). However, on my latest bill, I've been charged a total bandwidth activity cost. The CSR I spoke with said that they put everyone on a 30gb monthly limit as of October. Is this allowed? Has everyone else dealt with the same problems? |

| reply to TO4000 I would actually suggest you follow up with the person within Kevin Crull's office who promised you this for them to make the needed changes to your account. -- Sens up 3-2 vs Leafs...GO SENS GO |

| reply to TO4000 thanks for the quick replies, I posted on the sympatico direct forums for now before I call anyone. For those who hadn't had an arrangement with head office, but were on a contract that was supposed to have unlimited bandwidth, how was this resolved? |

The CSRs are continuing to spread misinformation I see. Bell really needs to get this cap and contract mess sorted out. It seems like everywhere you turn there's different story, and most of them aren't even true. -- Go Leafs Go! |
