Put it in there (just replace the "5.4.1.8" with 5.4.1.11), save it and give a try. If it is still not working after stopping and restarting FAPMon, then you will also have to change the Command Number.

Right click the .pm modem file, choose open, choose select from list, then choose notepad from the list of apps that come up.

No idea why you cannot open it. Have you tried other programs like WordPad?

Bucket remains at 100% and TX & RX values stay at 0.

I went to Sourceforge and ran modemDefsSetup.exe and had it update the modem defs and fap.ini files. No joy.

I am running WinXP Pro, G-11 1370
