Re: There are several interests at work here... The biggest problem with poles is that there is only a certain amount of room on right of ways and easements to put them. If every competitor had to put up their own poles, then our neighborhoods would look like crap and we wouldn't have any land left.
I honestly wish they would have included more info about the joint ownership between AT&T and the regional utilities. Sounds like to me that the joint ownership is one sided. AT&T has total control in the say so of who can and cannot connect. |
