| Hey, unlike some people here, I've had the chance to live all over the place, HI, CA, FL, WI, MI, CT, KY... I've experienced a whole page of different cable providers, eaten in many different establishments and have had various credit cards, so maybe that's why I don't get my hanes in a bunch when I see something wrong with my cell bill, my cable bill or insurance premiums. I call and act like an adult to get the problem fixed. The infamous part is not indigenous to Sprint. I've been blessed with visiting a Verizon retail store. Sometimes, I think the morons all come from the same womb.

Oh, I completely agree with that. Billing errors aren't what I was referring to, though. I understand in this world of computers, shit - and billing errors - happen. I've read a lot of stories on the internet, however, that make it clear that Sprint's problem is getting the issue fixed. From what I've heard, even trying to get to a human is a pain in the ass. Then trying to get them to understand and attempt to fix the problem is a bigger pain.
