That's because they are commission-paid salesmen. If you aren't going to sign up as a new customer and buy a fancy phone and some accessories, they don't want you there. Period. |

I call and act like an adult to get the problem fixed. Oh, I completely agree with that. Billing errors aren't what I was referring to, though. I understand in this world of computers, shit - and billing errors - happen. I've read a lot of stories on the internet, however, that make it clear that Sprint's problem is getting the issue fixed. From what I've heard, even trying to get to a human is a pain in the ass. Then trying to get them to understand and attempt to fix the problem is a bigger pain. -- There comes a point in your life when you get tired of fixing everything and wiping everyone's ass. But its not giving up. Its realizing that you dont need certain people and the bullshit and drama they bring to your life. |

| reply to PolarBear Hey, unlike some people here, I've had the chance to live all over the place, HI, CA, FL, WI, MI, CT, KY... I've experienced a whole page of different cable providers, eaten in many different establishments and have had various credit cards, so maybe that's why I don't get my hanes in a bunch when I see something wrong with my cell bill, my cable bill or insurance premiums. I call and act like an adult to get the problem fixed. The infamous part is not indigenous to Sprint. I've been blessed with visiting a Verizon retail store. Sometimes, I think the morons all come from the same womb.
p.s., I'm retired. |

| reply to tc1uscg Understandable, but my point was simply that they are infamous for poor customer service. If you weren't in the Coast Guard, I'd think you were a shrink the way you over-analyzed that |
