No, Verizon still has the 5GB cap. They just call it as such, now, and no longer refer to it as "unlimited".

However it appears that Verizon will charge 50cents/MB over 5GB. Sprint is truly unlimited.

However many laptop card users go over 5GB, especially those who replaced their cable/dsl for EVDO as I have.

But Verizon hasn't clarified the overcharges in writing yet. It's just reports so far.
