But the community involvement can be abused and OpenDNS will have to play goalkeeper to prevent craziness. Will they be able to devote enough time to do it?

Just to give you an idea, 1 wacko listed www.snapfish.com as a "HATE Site". And everyone knows all they do is store uploaded photos for users.
