| Enough for the customer service crap (same old song n dance) Everyone likes to talk about Sprint's customer service. Specially those who are NOT Sprint customer, and who have not have to deal with Sprint service rep.
If any of you have spoken to Sprint customer service in the past 6 weeks (Like I have), you should have noticed how customer focused, helpful, friendly, and attentive the new reps are.
I'm just getting tired of the same song and dance... customer service customer service F that. If you're going to knock on Sprint, you better come up with a better excuse, and if sprint is so freaken bad, then go with verizon or att... I'm sure they'll take care of you. |

| So here's there thing. ATT and VZ both have landlines. That at this point have taken atleast some what of a hit from VOIP market rather it true VOIP like P8 or Vonange or the billion others in play now. Hell we can even include the cable co as well. Sprints doesn't have any of these. If there's pricing is right sprint could actually collect alot of new users that simply see that they no longer need a POTS line or VOIP line. On top of that with their up coming Airware to combat a low signal in the house or building coming this year sprints ready to rock. As I said in the other thread. "Say" vague statement about unlimited calling plans, days later others jump on it, while sprint smiles and gets ready to rock the Big three. Or at least we can hope.

| reply to flyingjoey Sprint's CS woes are part of the standard BBR repetoire, just like Comcast's caps, AT&T's evil, and George Bush ruined the universe.
It's not even worth questioning any more on this site, to the point where I'm surprised when it doesn't show up in a thread by the third post. |

Er, fixed that for you; the product is called AIRAVE and it's still in very limited trial markets at this time, and could follow the "ION" path... -- "Our network engineers are aware of the problem..." |

| Thanks Old, Ya its true it "could" go that way but their putting a good amount of $$ in it to make it work. There was a big write up about Femtelcell's in CRN this month. Was a interesting read and if you can get a copy its worth reading about.
