I understand in this world of computers, shit - and billing errors - happen. I've read a lot of stories on the internet, however, that make it clear that Sprint's problem is getting the issue fixed. From what I've heard, even trying to get to a human is a pain in the ass. Then trying to get them to understand and attempt to fix the problem is a bigger pain. -- There comes a point in your life when you get tired of fixing everything and wiping everyone's ass. But its not giving up. Its realizing that you dont need certain people and the bullshit and drama they bring to your life. | |
