Deadpool posted : It's based on my personal experience, and a little with what I know today based on where I work, but very little. However knowing that, it would be unfair (and unwise), to rate it 100% in all categories.

Also, I agree with you in regards to Tech Support and Pre-Sales info, however there's no option to say "Not Applicable", so I have to pick something.
--
Sens up 3-2 vs Leafs...GO SENS GO :D

Experience - Rating (inconsistency?)

otto66 posted : Sorry Deadpool but I have some difficulties understanding the relationship between what you wrote and your ratings. Did your ratings include only your experience (as a user) or did it also include all that you learned from your job and this forum? Or is it possible that I didn’t pay enough attention to the disclaimer?

You didn’t have any pre sale or install problems so why the 80% rating. Same with the reliability, since 1998 (and that’s a long time) you never suffered any significant downtime, why the 80% rating, that’s pretty much as close to 100 as anyone can get (nobody guarantees 100%). Same with Tech Support, you haven’t used it and in those rare cases when you did it was ok, so why the 60% rating. No problem with service (traffic management) and price ratings.
