They got 89% deployment of Kentucky, not to shabby for a state that is mostly rural. I havent been there in while but from what I remember, even the citys are rural. Its kind of flatlandish so the data may be way off for the Sierras :)

But that is an ESTIMATE put together by an organization that is pushing for expanded broadband. Not exactly a disinterested party. And about 90% of their estimated savings comes from new jobs. A number I have some doubts about.
Surely you can't think it's GOOD for America to be behind in broadband? I don't know you have doubts.
