Wake up people, at&t could dance around in court saying they were guilty, fully admiting to everything, and the settlement will always be a coupon for a service they provide that you likely dont want or use or even care about that they had it in the first place. The only one in the court that gets any money is the lawyer, what the hell is he going to do with 42 million worth of at&t service coupons? So he gets his 42 million in cash, and he works out a deal for you to get 15$ off your next 3 months of telemarketer call rejection midnight service (meaning you wont get telemarketer calls at exactly midnight, likely a service they wish they could bill you for). No one will see any cash, infact i'd take a huge crap in public in the town i live in if it could be proven anyone has ever gotten money from a class action. PS: I live in beijing, people take dumps all over the place... just saying. |
