Re: Wow Yes the report is full of marketing terms. Based on all the data they procured from Connect Kentucky, a proven model.
They got 89% deployment of Kentucky, not to shabby for a state that is mostly rural. I havent been there in while but from what I remember, even the citys are rural. Its kind of flatlandish so the data may be way off for the Sierras
