| Limited Expanded Service
Services are trapped at install.... However, at times there are trap shortages for various reasons and the local dispatch will close out the initial work order for the install. At a later time they schedule an SRO (Special Request Order) in order to add the the trap to the tap and that is most likely the cause of your "issue". |

| reply to Suddenlink Tech In Lufkin there is no trap for limited expanded. here is our trap list, not hijacking your thread just sharing some info on the differences in cable systems
Limited only - MLP8-13 trap Limited expanded - No trap Limited and Digital services - MMM trap Internet only trap - A2-67 trap Internet can pass through any trap on our system. -- A government large enough to provide you with everything, is also large enough to take everything away. |

| Generally we just use 2 traps. One will block expanded (passes limited and digital/phone/HSI), and one that blocks limited and expanded (but passes digital/phone/HSI). We've got individule channel traps if we need them, but customers don't really request them anymore. The other day I did a disconnect and took down a sleeve that had a trap for MTV and one for BET in it. |
