One will block expanded (passes limited and digital/phone/HSI), and one that blocks limited and expanded (but passes digital/phone/HSI). We've got individule channel traps if we need them, but customers don't really request them anymore. The other day I did a disconnect and took down a sleeve that had a trap for MTV and one for BET in it.]]></description>

However, at times there are trap shortages for various reasons and the local dispatch will close out the initial work order for the install. At a later time they schedule an SRO (Special Request Order) in order to add the the trap to the tap and that is most likely the cause of your "issue".]]></description>
