Hey I live in Colfax, Ca as well and I'm fed up with the absolutely horrible internet situation. Satilite is barely better than dial-up I have to say. but I've been researching into starting a WISP(wireless internet service provider) but need customer projections. If you could answer the listed questions that would be alot of help.
Where do you live in Colfax?( don't need your address, just the landmarks near you like shady glen or Sierra Market)
How much are you willing to pay for a 1mbps/700-400kbps connection that gets you advertised speed? (The more you are willing to spend the more I can guareente advertised speed)
Do you know more people that would be interested in this service? If so where in Colfax do they live (agian only need landmarks) and what are thier estimated budget for internet? |
