The problem is... there are over 50 people that use charter in one location or another who are affected.

We've provided the manual IP address, that doesn't work well for all.

This has been happening for over 2 months, even after several people from CCCNMC calling Charter.
If you are saying you have a LAN with 50 people - then you may can do what I did in my Linksys router:
For the DHCP in the router I can give it 3 DNS addresses to us instead of the ones Charter assigns.
So I set up the Primary to be Charter's 1st DNS (since it's been pretty reliable for a good while) then the other two I used 3rd party DNS servers.

As of last night www.cccnmc.org was not resolving, it is now.

I have another hostname that can not resolved, I get all kinds of stupid responses, like.

C:\Users\jk>nslookup .cccnmc.org 24.217.0.55
Server: nsx2.charter-stl.com
Address: 24.217.0.55:53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: hostname
Addresses: 206.112.100.132, 64.158.56.56

Sometimes I will get a server failed response from other Charter servers.

i.e.
24.217.0.5
24.217.201.67

Is there anyone at the Charter NOC that can help?
