WOW Speed Increase

Suddenly in Sterling Heights I've got a huge speed increase. I'm hitting 10.8 Mbps down on the Ultra plan. This is about 3.5 Mbps faster then it normally tests. I can't find any official documents on a speed increase but I'm loving it.

Hmm, maybe they are boosting everyone up if they changed the tiers. I will check my speed right now, but I had the 4MB speed and didn't notice a speed increase last night. I just got on the net for the first time today though and this is the first site I went to actually.

Just spoke to CSR, and they haven't heard anything about any rollouts of new speeds. He had my hopes up at first, "We just recently upped our speeds!" and then I found out "recently" means months ago when they upped the 112 to 769 and 512 to 2

Its funny some of you are noticing a speed increase. If anything, I have noticed a slow down in my speed in the past 1-2 weeks. Today has sucked big time. My speed today is about 25% slower for some reason.

WOW!!! I got a speed increase too. But only after calling WOW and letting them know that I could get pretty much the same services from Comcast (the new 59.99 digi cable and hsi deal). Even with the DVR service, I was over 7 bucks cheaper then what I was paying w/WOW. So, the dude pumped up my HSI to 6 (forgot to ask what my up is but I'll call back and ask for the 1 up). CC did offer me 6 months free HDTV I figured I'll hold out. Now, if they do bump up the speeds, I'll call again and ask for the next level.

ummm.... 6 speeds? You mean 6 down if so that's always been their top speed for a awhile now.
