US Cable Falling Apart

They started blocking Port 25 on my static IP and *claim* not to know what is going on.

Bandwidth also seems to be decreasing or throttled.

Probably to control spamming. My issue with them is that they limit your Usenet d/l to 35 kb/s. Pathetic!!!
