Its a Generational thing

Err could it be simply those who want broadband already have it. With falling birthrates among middle to upper middle class (20s to 30s). I think we will ontinue to see slow growth.

However, do not forget the multitudes that want broadband, but cannot subscribe because it is not available to them.

It seems like such a simple point, but is almost universally ignored.
