Mountaineer : Ok...here's the situation I've got.

I've got a Westel 6100 DSL modem configured in Bridge Mode. When I connect my laptop directly to the modem I can use XP's PPPOE to connect to the internet.

Problem is this:

I'm connecting the Westel 6100 DSL modem into a Wireless bridge in ADHOC to another wireless bridge in ADHOC (distance 1 mile). From my laptop I can see the Westel modem and both bridges. But I cannot get the PPPOE to connect. All devices have IP's in the same subnet, etc. Would the bridges be stripping any info? What could the issues be? Like I said.. I can connect to the internet from the DSL modem, but not throught the wire link.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
