Some truth there. Those who want broadband and have it available have already subscribed.

However, do not forget the multitudes that want broadband, but cannot subscribe because it is not available to them.

It seems like such a simple point, but is almost universally ignored.
Do you have any hard numbers or you evidence is anecdotal.
