bobmitch : Well...decided to inquire. Called D-Link. Consensus there is that NO card I have will log on at any faster than G speed...which is what I already have. Looks like if I am going to get full value out of my Dell Draft N card, I am going to have to go with Broadcom. Now will have to check into who manufactures Broadcom based N routers. Linksys is one...but reviews are awful!

Bob

bobmitch : Just a quick question. Are you letting Windows Vista connect to the internet, or are you using HP software? I found that most of my connection issues with the Dell Draft N card were due to the Dell software. So, at this point, I have very few disconnects with Windows XP doing the connection. Just removed the Dell software and got an improvement. However, my current router is slowly dying. It is a Buffalo High power G...about three years old.

Bob
