 Windows XP SP3 Security Question

I am hopeful someone is testing the beta SP3 release and has examined the Windows firewall. Will the SP3 version offer any improvements in the SP2 FW, especially regarding outbound traffic?

It does make some Firewall settings controlled by Group Policy which is new but it doesn't add any outbound coverage.

Plus, Firefox has been exempted!!!!!!!
