Comcast should not be hammering on users to throttle/shape traffic. What if everyone went online and started streaming TV over the Internet ? Would Comcast throttle them too ?
My thinking too. If P2P went away tomorrow, and people decided to start streaming all kinds of videos, would the "Comcast's" be justified in shaping/throttling that traffic too, considering they advertise that you can use the connection for just that purpose?

cookies to the NY AG..

Now if more AGs got involved, Comcast would really have no choice but to discontinue this illegal practice.

Lets hope the current FCC talks can get this stopped sooner rather then later, such as after a long drawn-out legal proceeding.
