How do you upgrade a network to handle an application that is specifically designed to use all the available capacity as BitTorrent is?
BitTorrent can't use more bandwidth than you're paying to use. If Verizon, Cablevision, etc can handle there is no reason why Comcast, the largest cable company, can't.
