I am contacting on behalf of friend in Kentucky...we sim race together, and he is not up to speed on how to go through propper channels to get things fixed...he pretty much gets stumped at level-1 support who does nothing for the problem....he has had high latency, and poor quality for several months, and New Wave will do nothing about it's obvious overloaded UBR's and poor head-end traffic control....I am not sure if this forum is private, so i will only give his IP.... you folks should be able to pull his acount with that, and the name listed above with the ping issues... 72.51.198.166 |

 | Thanks DCoral for posting this for me. I have the Ultimate Internet package offered by Newwavecomm, unfortunately during peak times its about as good to me as dial up, pretty much useless for online gaming.I have been through tech,no help, I understand net traffic, but a drop off from 8 to 10mb down to 2 or 3 mb proves there is a problem. This happens every night from around 7 pm to 2 or 3 am.I like the net package we have ,but not getting no where near the quality for the price. Just trying to get this fixed.Feel free to email me and I will provide you with my phone #. |

 Great Support |
Kind of looks like New Wave is all about taking money, and ramming bullshit up the costumers ass....look at how when i asked this bitch about how to get in touch with support, (beacuae you cant from the NewWave web site)....only billing links.... she tells me she will transer me, then disconnects me........ the tracert numbers, and this Screenie, is all the proof anyone should need as to whether or not this half assed cable provider is out to screw anyone... |
