Re: Controlling P2P wasn't their aim Yes, I believe this is just a front for things to come. Capping traffic is not the answer though. That would limit anyone that would like IPTV. I think we should look at the number of connections to a single ip though. Or just cap Bit Torent specifically. In reality, there are those that do not bother with limiting the number of seeds they are hosting.
