Alexandria, VA | Of course it's because of competition. But if the customers aren't asking for bigger throughputs, then competition would be irrelevant assuming other variable are equal. | |

That little email that Charter sent out is only a way to fluff up the customers to lead them to believe that charter cares about what the customer says.
