If a class action suit is used, people complain about money grubbing lawyers. Why not lawyers on the peoples dime do it for their employers?
Absolutely -- last I heard the state of NY is completely free of corrupted public officials, shady public contracts, and organized crime. If the NYAG didn't take on Comcast he'd have to start laying off people in his office!
