Re: What you expect Charter to *do* something? Not necessarily always true. These companies are out to make money as you know. What better way is there to make more money? that's right, OFFER MORE. That little email that Charter sent out is only a way to fluff up the customers to lead them to believe that charter cares about what the customer says.
