What does a customer get that differs between TSI's residential DSL offering and Yak's (apart from the 200GB vs. "unlimited")?

Presumably Bell gets the same $20.50 either way and is responsible for the same copper and related services either way. So what is the difference from the CO onwards to the Internet cloud?

When a Yak customer calls customer service with a technical problem who do they get to yack to, a Yak agent or someone at TSI? By this, I meant to say that a reseller could buy gigs in bulk much like an MVNO buys minutes, and provide a different service at different price points.

We have just under 400 resellers/wholesalers throughout the four Provinces (AB/BC/ON/QC), for which we get involved with on varying levels... some from a Managed Virtual ISP level, some from a brokering the copper connection to Bell level and others as simple resellers selling TSI service.

They would have to be, otherwise Yak would have to pay Bell, and they'd be a regular Bell wholesaler like TekSavvy is (even if they paid TekSavvy for use of their equipment).

There's no indication that they're not wholesaling service like an MVNO is. In fact, it seems likely. Only Rocky could tell us.

How does Virgin Mobile (Yak) undercut Bell Mobility (TekSavvy)? Sorry, it just that I've heard so many bad stories about 3web it's not funny.
Well there support is crappy last used it in 2005 when they had outage for the summer
wanted me to do this and that then i told was plugged into nid and still crap that cancelled 99% of touble shooting. they sent me new modem for there outage no help .
when it cleared no more issues.
Been with them since.
Its pppoe connection place your filters on and what else do you need for ts
Ps I use gmail for email so don't know about there servers
and the only other complaint is they have some stupid proxy
so I cant use raid share
$25 bucks a month
