(I assume that when a customer calls with an admin/billing issue they get to a Yak, not TSI, agent.)]]></description>

With the argument that an MVNO just resells Bell's service, but can still offer a different service at different (lower) price points.<br><br>By this, I meant to say that a reseller could buy gigs in bulk much like an MVNO buys minutes, and provide a different service at different price points.<br><br>It's too bad that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines, without that $20.50 fee we might see some really interesting offerings from companies interested in higher risk services.]]></description>
