Fiber in Lubbock, TX?

Hello, I used to have 15MB/s FiOS back in Dallas. I moved out to Lubbock for school and now I'm dearly missing it, being stuck on 'Suddenstink' "internet". Is there any fiber in the lubbock area, and if so, what areas are lit up already?

NTS Communciations .... Its fiber and in Lubbock in select areas. They are listed on the link below. The best currently you will get with them is 8mbit down and 1 mbit up. It's no FIOS but it is fiber.
