Re: The other side of the coin... Interesting, I was not aware that the only use for a torrent was to "steal" information. Quite a few games use torrents to update their software, introduce expansions, and I am sure, some have started using torrents to communicate back and forth from pc to server. P2P connection can be used for a lot of different things rather then just illegal priacy.
Speaking of priacy, it isn't the connection that creates the problem, it was dual cassette decks and companies like Sony that created the issue. VHS blank tapes, the ability to record, etc. are the real cause of coping information (which shouldn't be illegal at all). |
