| That's good. Yes, that's the one really great thing about them, their execs do read their e-mails and so what they can to get back to you ASAP. And I think your issue will be fixed fast.
It's a shame that 2 phone support reps couldn't figure this out for you, but now that you brought it to someone's attention, I'm sure those reps will know now. |

Wow sent out a tech today and the problem is fixed. I am not sure what he did as I was not there. Thanks for all the help in this matter.

Good point! I have asked Bill the wowway exec to please let us know what wowway did from their end and what the tech did to the PC at the customers house to fix this. |
