So let's see, they:
* Publicly admit to paying people to fill seats (for whatever reason -- don't care what the "truth" is here, the fact that any company would PAY MONEY to fill spots is atrocious)
* ...but won't admit to sending spoofed TCP RST packets both directions (to source and destination)
* ...won't admit to even using Sandvine equipment
* ...despite someone apparently seeing Sandvine boxes in the trash bins (why not recycling bins, dammit?!?!) outside of a facility
* ...but depending on who you ask at Comcast, WILL admit to owning Sandvine equipment

| So.... Question.... Would it be legal for someone to hire people to dial Comcast's phone #'s over and over non-stop all day and download their website over and over so that no customers could get through to order their services and their website would be choked down and overloaded?
I'm sure Comcast would throw a fit about that!
