| What a JOKE!!!
Charter is blowing smoke again trying to keep customers from jumping ship. I still only have 3 meg internet, no phone and we just got 10 HD channels in November (Plus the local channels that you can get free with an antenna anyway). They've been telling me since October that they are out of bandwidth in my area so that's why we are still at 3meg. I went to the local office last week and asked about the 5meg service and was told that we should get it in 2 weeks, they were waiting on finalizing more bandwidth for the area. I also asked about telephone since the customer service center kept telling me we would have it by February 2008. The local office said maybe a year or two!! I asked about 10meg service when we get 5 and she laughed at me, saying that they are just getting more bandwidth now so they can go to 5meg, so she didn't see 10 or higher any time soon. JOKE JOKE JOKE, as soon as one of the competitors in my town come down my street I'm dumping these lame slowpoke liars. |
