After changing my HA yesterday my computer would not shut down. Got error message to reload the drivers for the modem. Had to do a repair in Control panel "add/remove programs" unplug the modem and update profile. <br><br>Try unplugging the modem and let your computer find it again. Somethings wrong if its been trying to update this long.<br> ]]></description>

It takes about 3 minutes or so and when completed sucessfully it will show the connection manager "disconnected".]]></description>

The service disconnects and then threatens me with the following:<br><br>Mobile Broadband : Connection Error<br><br>"! Your Mobile Broadband username and/or password may be incorrect.  Please <b>Try Again.</b><br><br>Note: Repeated entries of an invalid password during a 24-hour period will result in a 20-minute suspension.<br><br>A suspended username may not be used until the suspension expires, even when submitted with the correct password.<br><br>If the problem persists, you may need to contact Sprint.<br><br>Error Code 67"<br><br>This error message started after I put the modem in my work computer (Windows XP) and connected to the VPN.
