Can I upgrade my current dsl speed?

Hi,
I am a current customer for verizon dsl,
my current download speed is,1.5 Mbps down and 136 up.
I now, want to upgrade my speed. to a 3 Mbps connection.
who do i contact on verizon web site? will they allow me to upgrade with my current package?
