Sabre : It is possible, though unlikely. Every company, even the most terrible ones, have some people who have had very positive experience, and may even say something like fairly similar to that (at least if they had time to think about it and actually write down a response, which is probably what would have happened).

I know how much grief Comcast gets and a lot of it is justified, but I myself have had only positive experiences and probably would have said something similar to what this customer allegedly said had I been asked for some sort of comment. We can only speak for ourselves, basically.

All that said, however, yes, it's probably more likely that the customer was coached.
--
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

Save American Soccer - Stop the MLS!

RadioDoc : money can buy:

"Our family has had a great experience with Charter Cable over the years, so it was an easy decision to add Charter phone and high-speed Internet. It's also really convenient to have only one bill for all three services, and we save a lot of money with the bundle."

Does that really sound like something spontaneous a customer would say? A Charter customer at that?
