smcvbr14s-n2 disconnect frequently from my ppoe internet con

i just buy that smc router and i configured it.
Still have a big problem _ it is disconnect itself from a period of time and i have to check the settings for PPPoE connection and save every time. after that i can connect the router to internet.
i can't support that and i think I'll go crazy.

P.S. I've checked the settings with the documentation support and it's ok .
What am i have to do ?
MTU it set to - 1440 and idle time =0.
please help. thank you
