Typically I either have to update the profile, or reset the Sprint e-mail address they assign you. RegThese modems do strange things. After changing my HA yesterday my computer would not shut down. Got error message to reload the drivers for the modem. Had to do a repair in Control panel "add/remove programs" unplug the modem and update profile.

Try unplugging the modem and let your computer find it again. Somethings wrong if its been trying to update this long.

You can update your user profile by going to "MENU" Device and diagnostics and on the bottom left hand there is a abutton to update profile. This error message started after I put the modem in my work computer (Windows XP) and connected to the VPN. However, it repeated again, even without getting on the VPN.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
