Re: [Connectivity] Northern IL appears slower speeds that should twogood4u, It sounds like you were given correct information. Now that you have been switched to Comcast, you are a Comcast customer. Comcast doesn't have a tier to match the one you had with Insight and you now, apparently, do have the 6/384 tier. If that isn't what you want, you need to call Comcast to negotiate for what you do want. There is nothing this forum can do to help you with that.
